RENTAL & CANCELLATION POLICIES:

We STRONGLY suggest our Guests purchase travel insurance as no change to this reservation will be denied. NO Cancellation or rescheduling due to change in weather conditions, COVID 19 issues, etc. will be granted.

We do not offer early check-in or late check out. Please do not call or ask.

100% total cost of reservation due at confirmation if reservation is (60) days or less prior to Arrival Date

IF Reservation confirmed is more than (60) days prior to Arrival Date:

50% of total cost of reservation collected at time of confirmation

50% of total cost of reservation collected (60) days prior to Arrival Date

Some properties have age (Under 25) restrictions. Primary guest MUST be at least (25) years old to confirm reservation and must occupy the property during stay.

IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED Guest purchase Travel INSURANCE coverage at time of reservation.

Travel Insurance may cover loss of monies paid due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, family emergencies or health-related issues

Guest must provide a valid credit card in the event there is damage or lost items.

Guest authorizes credit card to be charged in the event of damage or lost items.

Charges may include additional laundry charges, excessive wear of towels, beach towels or linens.

We inventory each property after every departure.

Missing items such as bath towel or beach towels, garage door openers, coolers, etc. will be automatically charged.

Guest agrees that number of people stated at time of reservation will be the maximum number of people permitted to occupy property.

Pets are ONLY permitted in designated pet friendly rentals and with required non-refundable pet fee.

NO SMOKING is permitted inside the rental property. We will charge credit card $500 plus actual damages if we determine anyone smoked inside the rental property.

Cancellation and Changes Policy:

Guest MAY cancel reservation up to (60) days prior to Arrival Date but forfeit Non-Refundable processing fee

The Non-Refundable processing fee is deducted from any reservation monies paid at time reservation was confirmed.

IF Guest cancels reservation less than (60) days before arrival Date, ALL monies paid are forfeited

Exception is if Guest purchased travel insurance, Guest may file claim with Travel Insurance agency

NO CHANGES ARE PERMITTED (60) DAYS OR LESS FROM ARRIVAL DATE

All properties must be kept in good condition. Any damage is the responsibility of the primary renter.

Homes can not be used for "House Parties".

Guests are responsible for placing trash in the proper containers.
