Access through a locked gate and up a set of stairs. There is also partial access to an elevator that is used primarily for the cool store downstairs but can be accessed if absolutely necessary. Amazing people watching from the very private and cool balcony

You are truly staying in the HEART of Siesta Key Village! In fact, this is why you will LOVE staying here. No car needed! The Beach is about a 3 min walk down Ocean Blvd. Restaurants, Shops, Bars -- the energy is all here or none at all if you want to simply relax. When you wander into Siesta Village, be sure to check out some of the local favorites like the Daiquiri Deck, The Beach Club, Sun Garden Cafe, and, of course, BIG Olaf for some really great ice cream! Close proximity to St. Armand’s Circle for Shopping, Restaurant, Nightlife and Entertainment. Leave your worries behind! You will have fun here!
Rental age restrictions:
-This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25.
- Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and government issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property.
- Pets are welcome, however, we do charge a $150 non-refundable fee per pet*.

-Parking: There is only one space for parking.
- Island Sewer System: Our Island sewer system is very fragile. Please do not flush anything except toilet paper. No Wipes! Please discard in the trash.
Please remember that you're staying in an apartment, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. Thank you for your understanding.
