Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed during their stay.
The home is located on a quiet residential community of Sabal Harbour which offers unlimited free access to all its community facilities ie. community pool, tennis courts, basketball, volleyball court, children’s play area and much more. The facilities are for residents and their guests only and guests will be provided with one swipe card for access to these facilities during their stay.
This property is near Walmart, Sam's Club, CVS, Publix, Gas stations, Starbucks, Cafes, Bars, Banks, only 10 min to IMG Academy, 15 to 20 min to Siesta Key Beach, 5 min to I75 Interstate road, 45 min to Tampa International airport, 5 min to Sarasota-Bradenton Airport.
We suggest UBER to get around during your stay if not bringing your own vehicle.
-This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25 meaning the person booking the property MUST be at least 25 years old AND be a guest staying at the property along with any minors within the group.
-Non-Refundable $150.00 pet fee per pet required. (2) Pet Max.
- A mandatory pool heat fee of $25 per day is required from November to March. We aim to keep the pool at 86°F, but if outdoor temperatures drop below 70°F, the water temperature may decline. Please note that specific temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
-Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and government-issued photo identification may be required prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property.
-Stays in excess of three weeks MAY incur an additional cleaning fee.
-This home is privately owned. The homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on-premises. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use
of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
-Please be considerate to the neighbors and not have loud music after 10 pm.
-Garage remote and Clubhouse Key Card: IF lost by renter, $50 Charge to replace each shall apply.
-Please clean the grill after each use. There will be a $50 cleaning fee charged if grill is not cleaned properly.
-No smoking allowed in the house. Smoking is allowed outside only.
($500 cleaning fee applies if found smoking in house or smoke smell detected.)
