Rental age restrictions:

-This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25.

- Pets are welcome, however, we do charge a $150 non-refundable fee per pet*.

*Due to online booking policies, some payments may need to be submitted after the booking is reserved and confirmed. Please let us know if you have questions about the policies prior to booking. We are also willing to accept a cat.

- Pool Heat: Pool temperature is set to 86 degrees, however, if air temps drop below 70 degrees, pool temperature may drop significantly. Temperatures cannot be guaranteed.

- Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and Government-Issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property.
